Product Purchase Policy

Customers are advised to carefully check and verify the product in front of the sales representative before completing the purchase. This ensures that both the physical condition and functional aspects of the product meet the customer’s expectations.

After the purchase is finalized, any issues related to the product will be addressed according to the official warranty coverage provided with the product. No claims will be accepted beyond the warranty terms.

Please note that no replacement facility is available for new machines. For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to inspect and confirm every feature and specification of their selected product before making the final purchase.


Reconditioned Machine Replacement Policy

For reconditioned machines, SP Enterprise offers a replacement guarantee valid for 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase. During this period, customers may claim a replacement if any non-user-caused issue is identified.

However, this replacement facility does not cover any kind of physical damage, including breakage, scratches, water damage, or accidental harm. Products with such damage will not be eligible for replacement under this policy.


Warranty Terms

The warranty provided with each product does not cover damages caused by rodents, insects, water, accidental harm, or misuse of the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to use and maintain the machine properly.

Additionally, if any toner cartridges, spare parts, or services are obtained from unauthorized providers or service centers, the official warranty will be immediately considered void.

During the warranty period, while service charges are waived, any required replacement of parts or additional components will be billed to the customer according to the current price of the items.


Service & Repair Terms

To claim any warranty or after-sales service, customers must present the original payment voucher along with the valid warranty card at the time of service. Failure to present these documents may result in the denial of service.

Throughout the warranty period, no service charge will be applicable for labor. However, the cost of any replaced or added parts during this period will be payable by the customer.

For on-site service calls, the customer will be responsible for bearing the technician’s travel expenses to and from the service location.


Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers have the right to cancel their order as long as it has not yet been confirmed by SP Enterprise. Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made, cancellations are not generally accepted.

Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances, such as if the ordered product is out of stock or if delivery delays occur due to unavoidable situations beyond our control.


Delivery Terms

We typically deliver products within 2-5 working days from the date of order confirmation. However, delivery time may vary based on the product type and customer location.

Delivery charges may differ depending on the destination area and the size of the product. Customers will be informed about the applicable delivery charge before the dispatch.

SP Enterprise shall not be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by natural disasters, heavy traffic, political unrest, or other unforeseen situations that may affect timely delivery.


Payment & Pricing

The price of all products listed on our website or in-store is fixed and predetermined. SP Enterprise reserves the right to revise the prices of any product at any time without prior notice.

Payments can be made through multiple approved methods, including cash, bKash, cash-on-delivery, or other authorized digital or offline payment options agreed upon during the purchase.


Privacy & Data Protection

SP Enterprise is committed to protecting the privacy of all customer information. Personal details such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and transaction records will be treated as confidential.

We assure our customers that this information will not be shared with any third party unless required by the relevant legal or governmental authorities under applicable laws.
